UnderWorld War and Regulations

  1. You must be over or exactly 16 years of age to play this game. If you are suspected of being underage your account might get locked up for extended periods of time until your date of birth is proven to be legit.
  2. Players are only allowed to have ONE account, owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed, if you are using the same IP as another player, mail staff and get a 'multi account agreement' BEFORE you begin to play(see multi agreement below)
  3. You are responsible for whatever happens on your account; don't give out your password to anyone.
  4. Mild swearing will be permitted, but F-bombing, sexual vulgarities or excessive swearing will result in some time in Fed until you clean up your act.
  5. We understand that you play other games, but DO NOT advertise them here. This includes: In game mail, profiles, Avatars, Boards and Newspaper. If you want to talk about other games please use another source such as msn. Not the in game mail system.
  6. Do not spam the staff's mailbox. If you have a problem, message just ONE of us. They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.
  7. Do not harass other players, use common sense on this one, if you don't know when you’re crossing the line from fantasy into harassment, then assume that you are harassing the other player. This will not be tolerated and will result in a stiff punishment.
  8. Scamming will not be tolerated in any manner. Any attempt to scam anyone will result in being jailed for a long time.
  9. If a member of staff is bothering you for any unfair or just plain, weird reason, mail Admin [1]
  10. Common sense rules are not posted here, if you cannot determine the difference between what is ok and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you do understand.
  11. Due to most of our staff being English speaking. Staff has agreed that 'ONLY' English can be sent through underworld game mail . Mail bans apply if rule is broken .
  12. No player shall use any form of software or other method to further themselves in game. This includes the use of refresher software. By using this website, you also agree not to cheat in any way.
  13. Donating towards the game does not create an ownership interest in the game or contents. It also does not entitle any player to more benefits beyond what is stated in the Donators package
  14. Donation frauds - Legal actions will be taken against anyone who attempt to obtain or had obtained DONATOR status fraudulently.
  15. You cannot sell site money, donator packs, blood or any item for actual REAL money.
  16. You also can not sell your account for real money or game money if you decide to leave the game.
  17. Any player found to be actively discriminating against another player or member of society in any way, Will have their accounts terminated and further action may be taken. This includes, without limitation, character name, message board posts, profile signatures and in game chat rooms.
  18. If a player abuses the newspaper by posting personal attacks and/or excessive swearing you will receive a warning and a newspaper and /or Board ban for 7 days.
  19. 6 warnings noted on your profile will equal 30-50 days in purgatory depending on the offense.
  20. Due to certain paypal restrictions all online attacks will be done away with. This way anyone not wanting to be attacked can play without worrying. However there has to be a downside, so if you are in a Clan getting all the benefits associated with it, you are also exposing yourself to being at war & being attacked online.
  21. Staff are here to assist you and help you in the game. They also are to be obeyed. Staff will NEVER ask you to do something against game rules. If you have a problem with any staff member please mail admin[1]
  22. Impersonating Staff is forbidden. whether this is used to annoy, harass or cause issues within the game.
  23. Sending false reports about another player or staff is expressly forbidden.
  24. Falsely accusing staff of wrong doing in public is forbidden. If someone feels they have been mistreated by staff, they can file a player report against that staff member Admin [1] will handle the case.
  25. UnderWorldWar reserves the right to terminate any account with or without reason, at any time regardless of donator status.
  26. These rules are subject to change without notice. Check them from time to time, as Failure to be unfamiliar with the game rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defence.
  27. Donators: By donating you help us to improve the website and paying hosting services, donations are non refundable! If you find your self in jail for cheating or not obeying any of the game rules, Please do not ask for a refund. It WILL BE DENIED.
 MULTIPLE USER AGREEMENT (ie: same ip address) To issue players with a multiple user agreement you must first agree to the multiple user rules.
*ALL rules stated above and below apply to both married and non-married same IP users.
*No transfers of money, items, blood drops or bank transfers between the users.
*If you use a middle man/mans to exchange money, blood, items or drops. The middle man/mans will also be punished for helping you cheat.
*The only accepted transfers is by using the in game item market.
*The players must also be active. This means they must go up in levels, houses, commit crimes and so on. They must both be active in play!


If you cannot agree to the multiple user rules then please choose which user will play.
