UnderWorld War Regulations
- Age Requirement: You must be exactly 16 years of age or older. Accounts suspected of being underage will be locked until proof of age is provided.
- Media Content: Profile images, avatars, or signatures containing nudity or offensive material will be removed and may result in Purgatory time.
- Multi-Accounting: Players are permitted only ONE account. Multiple accounts result in immediate jailing. If sharing an IP, you MUST obtain a "Multi-Account Agreement" from staff BEFORE playing.
- Security: You are responsible for your account. Never share your password.
- Conduct: Excessive swearing or sexual vulgarity will result in Federal Jail time.
- Advertising: Do not advertise other games in mail, profiles, boards, or newspapers.
- Staff Interaction: Do not spam staff. Message ONE staff member only for your issue.
- Harassment: Fantasy roleplay ends where personal harassment begins. Zero tolerance policy.
- Scamming: Any attempt to scam players will result in long-term jailing.
- Language: UnderWorld War is an English-speaking game. Game mail must be in English only.
- Cheating: Use of refreshers, automation, or third-party software is strictly forbidden.
- Donations: Donations help improve the site and pay hosting. They are NON-REFUNDABLE. Donating does not grant immunity from rules.
- Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling game items, currency, or accounts for real money is strictly prohibited.
Multiple User Agreement (Same IP)
To play from the same IP address, you must strictly follow these rules:
- No transfers of money, items, or blood between same-IP users.
- No using "Middle-men" to bypass transfer rules. Both parties and the middle-man will be punished.
- Same-IP transfers are ONLY allowed for Clan Payouts.
- Both players must be active (leveling, committing crimes, etc.). One cannot be a "stat-feeder."
Privacy & Data
5. We collect your IP address to prevent cheating and account hijacking. This data is confidential and will not be sold or shared unless required by law.
6. Personally identifiable information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Warranty & Liability
7. This site and its services are provided "AS IS" without warranty. UnderWorld War is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site. We do not guarantee the site will be free of interruptions or errors.
8. You are fully accountable for all actions on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials private.
Player Conduct & Legal
17. Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or affect the system integrity of UnderWorld War will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
19. Staff maintains the right to monitor site activity and take action (warnings, suspension, termination) for TOS violations.
24. UnderWorld War reserves the right to terminate any account with or without reason at any time, regardless of donator status.
